"No Country For Old Men"–a Coen Brothers production, starring Tommy Lee Jones, adapted from a Cormac Macarthy novel..drugs and money with a hitman with a special weapon.Brilliant.
"There Will Be Blood"–Daniel Day-Lewis as hardman, who virtually creates the blueprint for oil monopoly early in the 1900s capitalist US..no mercy.. for anyone. Johnny Greenwood from Radiohead does the soundtrack.Again,Brilliant.
Considering your selection–you must see these–"Snatch",Brad Pitt as Irish gypsy bare-knuckle fighter, directed by Guy Ritchie ("Trainspotting").Heavy.Apparently 3 pigs can consume a human torso in a few hours.
"Dead Man’s Shoes"..a brother’s revenge visited upon a sadistic crew of drug dealers…Who would have thought so much acid, speed and ecstasy dispensed in their tea could do that to them? That’s just the beginning for them.
